Introducing SOUTHPAW
Southpaw is a Malaysian interactive technology company based in Puchong, Selangor.
We started in 2008 with a focus on interactive displays and touchscreen applications. Since then, our work has expanded into property sales galleries, interactive kiosks, digital signage, wayfinding systems, real-time 3D visualisation and custom software for physical spaces.
What has remained consistent is the type of problem we like solving:
helping people understand, explore or interact with information in a more intuitive way.
What We Build & Deliver
Most of our projects combine several disciplines.
There may be software to develop, content to organise, a touchscreen interface to design, 3D visuals to create, hardware to specify, kiosks to fabricate and everything to integrate properly on site.
We bring those parts together rather than treating them as separate pieces.

A museum may need to turn a large amount of information into something visitors actually want to engage with.
Our job is to understand that need first, then work out the right combination of technology around it.
How We Approach Every Project
We generally start by understanding the space, the audience and what the client is trying to achieve. From there, we work through the user experience, software, content and hardware requirements before developing and testing the solution.
Depending on the project, our team may be involved in everything from interface design and programming to 3D production, touchscreen integration, kiosk fabrication and on-site installation. If a simple interface works better than something complicated, we will recommend the simpler approach.

Built for Real-World Deployment
Our team is based in Puchong, Selangor, and much of our work has been delivered for projects across Malaysia.
Because we handle both software and physical deployment, we pay attention to things that are sometimes overlooked in purely digital projects: screen sizes, viewing distance, touch behaviour, hardware reliability, maintenance access and how the system will actually be used after installation.
That practical experience has shaped how we approach every project.
